ABOUT ME
Dina Ahmad Maamari is a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals build a foundation for a resilient and thriving life. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and 720 hours of supervised clinical training from the University of Balamand in Lebanon.
Offering sessions in both English and Arabic, Dina draws from a rich background that seamlessly integrates Western clinical methodologies with Arab spiritual culture. Her mission is to empower her clients to take responsibility for their mental health, build a new mindset, and ensure they do not pass their pain on to future generations.
What to Expect in Your First Sessions
Many patients come to Dina expressing feelings of worthlessness, feeling stuck, or struggling to find their purpose in life. She approaches these profound pain points with compassion and structure.
During your first 6 sessions, Dina’s primary focus is on building trust, establishing a strong therapeutic rapport, and setting actionable goals. She strongly advocates that proactive awareness is a tool for prevention—working to prevent psychological distress rather than simply treating it after it manifests.

Dina’s professional philosophy is rooted in a legacy of service spanning three decades. Growing up in an orphanage founded by her father 30 years ago, she developed a deep empathy for the human condition and an early understanding of the vital need for a secure "supportive system".
She believes that psychological health relies on two pillars: an unwavering belief in the self and a surrounding environment that provides stability and care. Her highly adaptable practice style is a dynamic mix of warm, structured, and active energy, custom-tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
